Honda Window Shades Australia: 24 Fits, All Four CR-V Generations In Stock

Auto Sunshades Team

Honda has a quirk worth knowing about before you order: the CR-V is one of the very few models where we hold every generation in stock at once. Four brackets — 2007–2012, 2012–2016, 2017–2022 and 2023–2025 — all available, all with the full range of sets.

That's unusual. For most makes, the older generations drop to made-to-order. If you're in a fifteen-year-old CR-V, you can order today and it ships.

We cut 24 Honda fits, ten of them in stock.

CR-V 2007–2012, 2012–2016, 2017–2022 and 2023–2025 · Civic 2022–2025 · HR-V 2022–2026 · Jazz · Odyssey 2014–2022 · Accord 1990–1993 and 1994–1997

Everything else is made to order, roughly one to two weeks.

CR-V: the full range, four times over

Every CR-V generation carries all ten sets — doors, quarter windows and boot glass. That matters because the CR-V has a genuine quarter pane behind each rear door, and it's the piece most sets skip.

The quarter set is listed as "Third-Row Side Windows" in the shop — a hangover from the seven-seat naming. The CR-V is a five-seater; on this car it means the fixed pane behind the rear door.

Generations don't interchange. The 2017 and 2023 redesigns both changed the rear door glass profile, so order by the year bracket rather than the badge.

HR-V

The 2022-on HR-V is in stock with doors and boot glass. Look at the top edge in that photo — the mesh follows the curve of the frame rather than cutting a straight line across it, which is the whole difference between a cut pattern and a rectangle.

The HR-V's rear door glass tapers hard towards the back, so it's a model where a universal shade leaves an obvious wedge at the top corner. The 2016–2022 car is a separate made-to-order pattern.

Civic

Four patterns: 2007–2012, 2013–2016, 2016–2021 and 2022–2025. Only the current car is in stock.

The 2013–2016 Civic is door sets only; the others include the boot window. On a Civic hatch that boot piece is worth having, since the rear screen is large and steeply raked.

Accord

An odd spread. The two oldest cars — 1990–1993 and 1994–1997 — are in stock, while the 2013–2017 and 2018–2022 models are made to order with the full ten-set range.

If you're running a thirty-year-old Accord, that's the point of cutting to pattern. Nobody stocks a universal shade shaped for a 1992 sedan.

Jazz, City and the small cars

Jazz — in stock, doors and boot. The Jazz's tall glasshouse means more sun on rear passengers than the car's size suggests.

City — three brackets, 2010–2014, 2014–2020 and 2021–2025. The two newer ones include boot glass.

Brio — doors and boot, made to order.

Odyssey

In stock, but door sets only — front pair, rear pair, or all four. No third-row or boot option listed. On a people mover that's a real gap, so if you need the back row covered, ask before ordering rather than assuming.

The BR-V, by contrast, carries the full ten sets.

How they fit

A magnetic edge grips the painted steel around the window aperture. Nothing touches the glass, so factory tint underneath is unaffected, there's no residue, and the window still winds down with the shade fitted.

Black polyester mesh, see-through from inside. Rear passengers keep their view out, which matters more than people expect — kids who can't see out tend to get carsick.

UV and heat figures for the fabric come from our manufacturer and describe the material, not a tested vehicle. What we'll state without hedging is the fit: cut to your aperture, there are no corner gaps, and the corners are where sun reaches a passenger.

What you can drive with

Rear doors, quarter windows and boot glass are fine while moving. Windscreen and both front side windows must stay clear — every state and territory. Front pieces are cut back to keep the mirror visible but remain parked-only.

Questions

Will a 2020 CR-V set fit my 2023? No. The 2023 car is a different pattern. Order by year bracket.

What's the "Third-Row Side Windows" set on my CR-V? The fixed quarter pane behind the rear door. The CR-V is a five-seater; the name is left over from the seven-seat sets.

Can I get the third row for an Odyssey? Not as a listed set at the moment. Get in touch and we'll tell you where it stands.

My Honda isn't listed. Send model, year, body style and VIN — or use the measuring guide if you'd rather send dimensions.
