Custom-Fit Sun Shades for the Suzuki Swift
The Swift is a small car that spends a lot of its life parked outside — at work, at the shops, at the station — and the rear door glass is short enough that a universal shade either overhangs the frame or leaves the top corner bare. Neither looks right and neither shades the seat properly.
These sets are cut from the Swift's own window profile, so the mesh finishes at the door surround. There are two fitments, and the split matters: the 2019 model changed the rear door shape, so a 2014–2018 panel does not sit flat on the newer car. Check your build year before you order.
From $49.99 a pair, shipped Australia-wide.

Why Suzuki Swift owners choose custom shades
Cut for the Swift, not for a size bracket
The rear door glass on a Swift tapers towards the C-pillar. A rectangular universal screen cannot follow that line, which is where the light gets in. A cut panel can.
Nothing stuck to the glass
The frame grips the painted door surround magnetically, so there is no suction cup to let go after an afternoon in a Westfield car park, and nothing to leave a ring on the tint.
The window still works
Because the shade sits on the frame rather than the glass, you can wind the window down behind it and leave the panel up.
Features
Two fitments, by generation
2014–2018 for the FZ-series facelift car, and 2019–2025 for the current Swift. The rear door aperture differs between them.
See-through mesh
Dense enough to cut glare on the back seat, open enough that a passenger can still watch the road go past.
Folds flat
The panels go in a door pocket or the boot when you do not want them, rather than living on the parcel shelf.
Sport and hybrid variants
The Swift Sport and the hybrid share the standard car's door glass, so the set for your build year applies to those too.
Fitment for your Suzuki Swift
Cut for the Suzuki Swift's rear and front door windows. Two fitments cover 2014–2018 and 2019–2025 — read the build plate on the driver's door jamb if you are not certain which you have, since a car first registered in 2019 may have been built in 2018. Earlier Swifts (2004–2013) are not currently cut; contact us with your make, model and year and we can quote a made-to-measure set.
Covers: Rear driver-side door window, Rear passenger-side door window, Front driver-side door window, Front passenger-side door window.
Installation
- Pick the listing that matches your Swift's build year, not just its model name.
- Hold the panel against the rear door window frame, top edge first.
- Let the magnetic border pull itself onto the door surround.
- Run a thumb around the corners so the mesh sits flat rather than bowed.
- To remove, lift one corner and peel the panel away; fold it flat for storage.
Suzuki Swift sun shade FAQs
- Which Suzuki Swift set do I need?
- Match your build year. The 2019 model changed the rear door aperture, so the 2014–2018 panel will not sit flat on a 2019-or-later car. The build plate in the driver's door jamb gives the month and year of manufacture, which is the number that matters.
- Will a Swift set fit the Swift Sport?
- Yes. The Sport uses the same body shell and the same door glass as the standard hatch, so the set for your build year fits it.
- Is anything cut for a pre-2014 Swift?
- Not at the moment. If you have an earlier Swift, send us the make, model and year and we can quote a made-to-measure set rather than have you settle for a universal screen.
- Can I use these on the front windows while I am driving?
- No. Every Australian state and territory prohibits obstructing the driver's view. Use the front panels only when the car is parked; the rear pair can stay up while you drive.
