- Hold the shade to the inside of the door frame and align the top edge.

- Press the corners flat and check for gaps along the bottom.

- No. The set covers the four door windows. The fixed quarter glass behind the rear doors is not part of it.
- Will an XC90 shade fit an XC60?
- No. The two share a design language but not a door pressing, so each is templated separately. Order from the XC60 listing for an XC60.
- Are car window shades legal in Australia?
- Mesh shades on the rear side windows are permitted in every state. Front door shades are for a parked or slow-moving car - take them off the fronts before driving at speed, and never cover the windscreen while moving.
- Can I wind the window down with the shade fitted?
- Yes. The shade sits on the frame rather than the glass, so it stays in place and keeps blocking sun, dust and insects with the window open.
- How long do they take to fit?
- A few seconds each once you have done it once. There is no tool, no suction cup to wet, and nothing to leave on the car permanently.
