Count the glass on an Everest from the front doors back and you get eight panes: four door windows, two small fixed quarter windows behind the rear doors, and the tailgate. We cut every one of them for the two Everest bodies sold in Australia, and the mix people order is wider than on any other car in the catalogue. Of the three current-shape Everest orders since August, one took all eight panels, one took the rear pair alone, and one took the rear doors, the quarter glass and the tailgate together.

The two Everest cuts
| Build years on the listing | Ford's code | Windows we cut | Product |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2017–2022 | UA, UA II | All eight panes | Everest 2017–2022 |
| 2023 on | Next-generation (U704) | All eight panes | Everest 2023–2025 |
There is a third listing, Everest 2006–2016, and it is not the car most Australians think of. That is the first Everest, a ute-based wagon sold in Asia and badged Endeavour in India, which was never sold new here. Leave it alone unless you imported one.
If your Everest is a 2015 or 2016
The UA launched in Australia in late 2015 and the 2017–2022 listing carries the supplier's years rather than ours. The body did not change between 2015 and the 2018 facelift, so a 2015 or 2016 UA should take the 2017–2022 set, but we would rather confirm than assume: send the build month from the compliance plate and we will check it against the pattern before you order. The Ford Everest page lists both bodies.
What each pane is, and what it costs
Both listings carry the same fifteen options. The ones people actually use:
| Panels | What they cover | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Rear doors (2) | The second row | $59.99 |
| Front doors (2) | Driver and passenger, cut short of the mirror | $49.99 |
| Front and rear doors (4) | Both rows | $99.99 |
| Third-row quarter windows (2) | The fixed panes the third row sits against | $49.99 |
| Tailgate (1) | The back glass | $59.99 |
| Rear doors + quarter windows (4) | The whole second and third row | $99.99 |
| Rear doors + tailgate (4) | Second row and the boot | $108.99 |
| All eight panels | Everything behind the windscreen | $199.99 |
The listing calls the quarter windows "Third-Row Side Windows", because on a seven-seater that is who sits against them. Universal shades are sized for door glass and leave this pane bare, which is where the bright wedge at the back of the cabin comes from. If you are carrying anyone in the third row, this is the pair that matters to them, and it is the pane most people forget. There is a guide to the windows behind the rear doors if the positions are unfamiliar.
The tailgate panel is the one to add if the car sleeps outside or you tour with the back loaded. The Everest's back glass is tall and upright for a wagon, so it does more harm parked nose-in than a sedan's rear screen would.
The roof panel
Everests with the factory panoramic roof can take an insulated roof panel as well: a reflective foil and air-cushion core about 8 mm thick, cut to the two pieces the roof glass is divided into, sitting in the opening and lifting out by hand. It is built to stop radiant heat rather than filter light, and it is a different product from the mesh. There is one for the UA and one for the current car, both $69.99. It only fits a car that left the factory with the glass roof, which on the Everest is a trim-level fit, so check your own roof before ordering rather than the brochure.
Everest or Ranger?
The Everest and the Ranger share their front doors in each generation, and nothing else that matters here. The Ranger's rear doors are shorter, and it has a cab window instead of a tailgate. The two are listed separately and the sets do not swap. If the family ute is a Ranger, the Ranger guide covers its three cuts.
Ordering
Current shape takes the 2023–2025 listing, 2017–2022 takes the UA listing, and a 2015–2016 car gets a build-month check first. Start with the rear pair unless you know the third row or the tailgate is the problem, then add. The full Ford list covers the other Ford fits.
